November 19, 1925.

My dear Colonel Twachtman,
About three minutes after you left I found the rough diagram of the Annapolis hotel and the name of the lady having the decoration in charge. The diagram, whose roughness you will admit, is enclosed.

The lady is Mrs. R. A. Armstrong, 3 S West 23rd Street. I have already written her about you and have asked her to write you in the hope that you can get together and talk things over.

At that time it might be possible for you to take her to the Sulgrave in which case I feel sure you will have her completely sold.

Yours very truly,

Colonel John Twachtman,
Greenwich, Conn.
