daughter Violet was married just
a year ago. & Saturday. she had a dear little daughter born. She & Jackie have each houses of their own. & I am alone.

Violet - I found daughter's name online, whose husband appears to be William Edgar, but that doesn't match what's written...unless he had a nickname?? or this could be the name of Violet's sibling - that Martha is saying both of her children have homes of their own? looks like it could be Jackie <--good point, I was looking for husband's name just because marriage was mentioned...
