In sending you the accompanying letter, I take the liberty of calling your attention to a piece of property in the Satilla River in Camden County, Georgia, containing about five thousand acres of land, and known as "The Refuge Plantation", in which I have jointly interests with my brothers and sisters, and to which I am very much attached.
