Dear Sir:

We have received your letter of May 7th, according to which you returned to us the Ivory Triptych which Dr. Valentiner had under consideration. This Triptych has reached us as well as the Marble statue of St. John and the following four tapestries:

2798 - Mille-fleurs Flemish, 16th century
2930 - St. Peter and St. Paul - 15th century
2918 - Labors of Hercules - French 18th century
2618 - Mille-fleurs with animals - French 18th century

which tapestries had also been sent to your Museum.
