Mr. Germain Seligmann,

New York City.

Dear Mr. Seligmann:

I am sorry that through some mistake the catalogues of the Italian Exhibition were not sent out on time.

We are so glad that you could send us the beautiful Catena, which is being very much admired. The exhibition is a great success. I wish you could come to see it.

I shall leave for Europe at the end of April or the beginning of May and I shall surely be in Paris some time during the summer and hope to see you there.

With best wishes, I am

Sincerely yours,
W. R. Valentiner
