3 East 51st Street,
New York City.

Dear Mr. Trevor:

I enjoyed very much the hour which Mr. Tannahill and I spent in your gallery, and want to thank you for showing us your splendid collection of modern paintings.

I remembered afterwards that Mr. Tannahill had seen the Picasso at the Reinhardt Galleries, and knew it very well for some time. However, he was not sufficiently interested in it.

Hoping to see you again soon, I am

Yours very sincerely,
W. R. Valentiner
