Dear, Mr. Seligmann:

Thank you for the copy of your letter to Mr. Fisher. If I have a chance to talk to them I shall be glad to do all I can to advance your proposition.

I have spoken to Mr. Tannahill about the Picasso and he will let me know as soon as he has come to a decision.

Just after I left you I heard from the Marquis and from Mr. Walter Pach that you had recommended the latter as director for the 1940 Masterpieces of Art exhibition. The choice seems an excellent one and I do not doubt that it will work out very well.

With kindest regards,

Sincerely yours,
W. R. Valentiner
