FINANCIAL TERMS:

UNUSUAL FILMS pays the parcel post rate to the customer. The customer pays the rental price plus return postage. Films in 16mm can be returned by book rate. Be sure to take advantage of this saving. When a film order is received too late to send by regular parcel post, making it necessary to send prints special delivery, special handling, or air mail in order to assure delivery, the user is expected to pay these special charges. All rental fees are payable with order or on showing date. Rental rates are based on one showing.

TRANSPORTATION:
UNUSUAL FILMS cannot accept responsibility for delays in transit. Films must be returned the first business day after scheduled showing date. If not returned at the proper time, the customer will be charged the full rate for each day the film is held after the booking date has expired. The customer agrees that the film will not be delivered to anyone without written order from UNUSUAL FILMS; and if it is delivered to anyone else, the first customer will assume the value thereof.

CANCELLATIONS:

Unless the booking is canceled two weeks prior to the shipping date of film, or unless showing is prevented by an act of God and we are notified immediately, a full rental rate will be charged. Requests for cancellations received after scheduled shipping date cannot be honored.
