Dear Friend:

Thank you for your letter and also for the photographs of the Bourdon and the Strozzi. I appreciate your sending them to me. We acquired a beautiful Bourdon sometime ago, and we think we may receive a Strozzi as a gift--of course, we may not be so fortunate, but we are hoping! I do appreciate your thinking of me, and I would like very much to see them sometime.

By the way, we still might be interested in the painted crucifix. Was it ever sold, or released, or anything?
