April 24, 1952

Dear Dick:
I am at a loss to understand what happened, as you had practically made an appointment with me for around the 20th of April, when you told me you would be in New York for a few days with Phyllis, and now Curt just tells me you were in town.....!

As a result of this, and due to the delay of obtaining the Rodin photographs, I had kept them here pending your visit.

I am mailing them to you now, and may I inquire in this connection, whether Russell is still contemplating coming here to look at this great bronze?

Sincerely yours,
(Germain Seligman)
