Cooking in Armenia is a Social event, the whole family gets involved.

Flour and eggs are used to hold all the herbs.
The egg & herb mixture will be lumpy.

'Ququ Sabzi' is the full name ,wich translates to a group of dishes that uses a lot of green herbs.

Every Armenian Community has their own take on traditional dishes or completely different food groups. There are noticible differences in flavors and spices.
