She is starting with 1 liter of grape juice. Boils for around an hour and only half of juice will remain. Grape harvesting in Armenia is from August to September. She learned how to make sujukh from her mother. Without a blender, the juice is mixed by hand. 2 liters of juice, blended with 2 cups of flour. She skims it to create a smooth / soft juice. Only the older generation were responsible for starting the sujukh making process.
