1. Traditional chinese dessert, Mable Tangyuan, it's bow-shaped,
2. in the shape of marital union. She's making two kind, one with 
3. spinach, another with powder. It's the natural way to prepare,
4. without additives. Considered healthy. There are specific stones they
5. are used for this. You can include chocolate. She's trying three versions
6. of this dish. Comparable to mochi, but boiled. This is normally 
7. cooked slowly. Bean paste can be used as well. First, you roll them
8. out in thin lines untl tender. The patters are combined into one
9. spiral, with beam paste inside. These look like collectible stones.
10. The two colors need to be balanced. They're patterned after Nuha province.
11. People try the pastry in a hot soup, where the liquid is mild, the
12. pastry center sweat. It comes out as a light soup.
13. Can be made with beef too, or other meats.
