Interact w/ many social activities, especially around births, weddings etc. also work w/ [[strikethrough]] groups [[/strikethrough]] immigrants on how to handle US [[system?]] etc. Term African American based in fact from Kenya- not US historical use of term.

Ms Kamau: Came during University & Assn. w/in college that enhanced by 
Mr. Wong: [[Child?]] came here, Workers Chinese & embraced him. African Amer customers.  Only white person was milkman. Spent time during week as a child in Culpepper, VA. M-Sat. 
Didn't see any white people except police & on TV. Very few Chinese- only a few families. Public school - called names. But didn't really remember having a rough time.

Ms Kamau: Any feelings going back to Kenya? Feel different time zone & culture, But catch up w/ family members. People much more dispersed.
Wong- Martial arts - got into because rough times at school.  70's Kung Fu TV show popular & led to school.
