Sir:
Your communication of the 10th inst has been recd and the Asst Com'r directs me to say in reply that Transportation will be furnished the four Orphan freed children under Mr Caraway's care, from such point on the R.R. at which he may choose to deliver them to Atlanta, where they will be cared for in the Freedmens Camp near that City. Let Mr Caraway notify you of his decision and at what point on the R.R. he will deliver the Children when the Transportation for them will be forwarded to your care. Please report the names of the Children -
