Gentlemen:-

Referring to my telegram sent you from Great Barrington and your postal card of April 9th, I beg to say that the basket of mixed fruit, also the small basket of bananas, were both received, the former, however, after the sending of my telegram.

This letter is sent to let you know that the matter turned out all right, but that a mistake was made in sending the bananas. Grape fruit should have been sent instead of bananas, as my order was so given. However, the matter ended entirely satisfactory to me.

Yours very truly,

Charles L. Freer
