William R. Thompson, Esq.,
Box #706 Thompsonville, Conn.

My dear friend:--

I have your letter of November 4th on my return to Detroit this morning from a two weeks' absence.

I notice with interest that you would like to enter the car business in Detroit, and I regret that I cannot help you in this matter. I sold out my interest, and retired from the Company two years ago, since which time I have had nothing whatever to do with its business.

With every good wish, I remain,
Yours sincerely,
Charles L Freer
