#33 Ferry Avenue,
Detroit, Michigan,
April 30th, 1901.

My dear Mr. Moore:--

I have to-day received the very handsome volume entitled "History of the United States Capitol", and I desire to hasten my thanks to yourself and Senator McMillan for your kind remembrance. I have already given the book a hasty glance, and am greatly delighted with it. It will furnish me many hours of future instruction and pleasure. When Senator McMillan returns from his western trip, don't fail to express to him my sincerest thanks, retaining a goodly part for yourself.

With kind regards,

Yours very truly,
Charles L. Freer
