Dear Mr. Auerbach:--

Mr. George H. Russell has returned from his recent trip to New York, and has advised me of a conversation he had in New York recently with Mr. Blair, at which time he consented to act as a director in the new Brake Seam Company which you are now organizing. I read to him that part of your letter of April 24th referring to Mr. Russell, and he authorized me to say to you that he would accept the directorship.

Yours very truly,
Charles L. Freer
