Dear Sir:---

In accordance with your request, I have signed the proxy received from you for use at the next annual meeting of the stockholders of your company. I have sold all of my holding, but I am not sure whether or not it will all have been transferred by May 31st. Furthermore, it is possible that I shall make new purchases of your stock prior to the time of your meeting. I have accordingly left my holdings blank.
