1. Mr. F.C. Genth Agent Bureau R.F.&A.L. will proceed from Atlanta to Cuthbert Ga reporting on his arrivel to Mr. F A H Gaebel S.A. Coun Cuthbert. for assignment to duty
2. Mr D.J. Curtis having been appointed and agent of the Bureau RF&AL to take effect from the date of this order, is assigned to duty, and will have jurisdiction over the Counties of Dade. Walker & Chattooga with Hd Qrs at Lafayette Walker Co. All papers referred to the Asst Comr. will be forwared through Bt Major C.A. de la Mesa S. A Com'r Rome. Ga
3. Mr. Francis. M. Whithorn. having been appointed an agent of the Bureau RF&AL to take effect from the date of this order, is assigned to duty, and will have jurisdiction over the counties of Towne, Union, Fannin, and Gilmer. All papers referred to the Asst Com'r will be forwarded through Bt. Majr C.A. de la Mesa. S.A. Com'r Rome Ga

1. G.L. Eberhart Sup't of Education for the State of Georgia will proceed to Cuthbert GA on business connected with the educational work of this Bureau. Upon the completion of the duty assigned him, he will report in person at this office. Quarter Masters Dept will furnish the necessary transportation. 
2. Mr. F.C. Genth, having been appoints Agent of the Bureau R.F.&A.L. to take effect from the date of this order, is assigned to duty, and will have jurisdiction over the counties of Calhoun, Clay and Early with Hd Qrs at Blakely, Early Co. Mr. Lidy will receipt to Mr. J. D. Havis for all records and property in his possession. pertaining to the office of Agen at Perry The Quarter Maters Dep't will furnish transportation to Perry Houston County
