those offered now, hoping eventually to make the collection absolutely complete. I don't know that quite a number of these have much real artistic value. They all, however, have interesting characteristics, and you can see how very important my collection will become should it eventually include a specimen of every etching Mr. Whistler has made.
I fear I am bothering you a lot in asking you to attend to this matter for me, but I am freely using you, just as if I owned you. If I ask too much, don't hesitate to kick.
I received the package of six Twachtman circulars yesterday, and have already mailed them to people whom I think they will interest. If there are any more to spare, send them along please, and I will make good use of them. The great thing at an auction is to get people interested.
