Said child has been bound to Mrs Pruitt for about four months. Mrs Pruitt signifies a perfect willingness to give her up to her mother or any responsible person if the authorities desire it. Billy Holmes tells me that he has money in his posession to defray her expenses to Mobile, Shall I direct Mrs. Pruitt to give her up to be sent to her mother - F.J.
