Jany, Feby, March, and April/67 in amount $200. were transmitted from this office to Capt Scully, Disb'g Officer May 6/67 Vouchers rent of school for the month of May/67. were transmitted June 1/67 to Mr Pease by Lieut Sprague but as care was not taken to specify in whoose favor and for what amounts, I cannot tell whether Miss Blackmans vouchers for that month were among them or not, I believe however they were. Vouchers for month of June her favor, amounting to $60. were forwarded from this office July 6./67  In this connection your attention is respectfully invited to the enclosed copies of communications. from this office.
