The General directs that you render your accounts current for the month of Octr Novr Decr 1865 in accordance with Section X of Gen. Howard Circular No 17 1865, and according to Sec. VII of same circular your disbursements to your clerk will not be allowed so you should on hand $150 for month of Dec 1865. As per data at these Headquarters and no disbursements can be made until you get properly approved estimates

You should forward your a/c current on the 25th inst of each month (enclosed find models for the same) other instructions you will find in Cir. No 17 War Dept B.R. &c
series of 1865.
