I have the honor to request that the appointment of A. F. N. Rolfe as an Agent of this Bureau made Oct 3rd 1867 be revoked, to date January 1st 1868, he having been suspended from duty on that date.

Mr Rolfe is addicted to intemperance and totally unfit for any position in the Bureau.

Rotramel.-  The case has been investigated by the General Commanding, who directs me to say that no action will be taken to reverse the decision of Lt Kirkman's but no interference by the Agent of the Bureau will be permitted in the case now pending.
