Thus Lieutenant is the statement given by "Sanders" (fmo) and a Statement which if the facts of the case are Substantially true ought to force the arrest, & fine< or imprisonment of "Randall."
The idea of "Randall" in the first instance was to order "Sands" from his place, and thus seek to deprive him of his share of the crop, (which he says "is fine") and for which he has been laboring.
I am requested to ask that should "Sanders" be permitted to leave "Randall" that he be forced to pay him for his services during his working under contract, and not be obliged to wait until the crop has been sold.
