The people generially I think are anxious for some kind of law and a majority I think I can say are tired of the lawless state their country is in.

I would earnestly and respectfully urge the neccesity of an agent of the Bureau R.F. & A.L. in Davis Co, stationed either at Douglassville, or Linden, and that he be supported by troops.
