Ralph Le Fevre, Esq.,
New Paltz, N. Y.

My dear Sir:--

In further reply to your written suggestion that you would like a copy of your book purchased by the Public Library of this city, and which I answered from London, I beg to say that since my return to Detroit ten days ago, I have had the pleasure of bringing the matter to the attention of the library authorities. The letters enclosed herewith from my friends, Messrs. Divie B. Duffield and Sidney T. Miller, are self-explanatory, and I am assured that in due time your wish in the matter will be gratified.

Let me assure you that the little I have been privileged to do in the matter has been most satisfactory to me.

Yours very sincerely,
Charles L Freer
