#915 Union Trust Building,
Detroit, Michigan,
July 14th, 1904.

Dear Cousin Lottie:--

I have your good letter of July 12th, returning the voucher properly receipted for $2,075.00, which, together with the two notes of Charles Lang, equals the amount of my promissory note in your favor, dated July 1st, 1900, for $8,575.00. I also acknowledge the return of the note. With these details all properly attended to, as they now are, the account on my books can be closed.

I am confident that your interest and principal due from Charles Lang will be promptly paid, and that you will have no annoyance in the matter.

I note what you say about remitting $44.53, accumulated interest, after the same shall have been received by you from Lang, all of which is entirely satisfactory to me.

With all good wishes, I remain,
Yours faithfully,
Charles L. Freer
