Stewart U.S. Dist Attorney, James Pedon and George Hamilton. After a careful investigation of the within Charges. I find they are without foundation  From my own knowledge I am able to state that Mr. Hamilton in charge of the Freedmans School at this point has been energetic and assidious in the discharge of his duties
