Dear Cousin:--

I have been absent for a couple of weeks; hence this late reply to your kind letter of October 19th. Thank you for having called my attention to the necessity of recording the assignment of the mortgages. I have sent the blank you furnished to Cousin Lottie, asking her to have a description of the mortgages made directly from the mortgages to the blank, after which the blank is to be returned to me, when I shall sign the same and return it to [[strikethrough]]you for your[[/strikethrough]] to be recorded. You are very well, I hope. I am enjoying the best of health, and remain, with all good wishes,

Yours sincerely,
Charles L Freer
