respectfully returned  This Freedmans crop was appraised by his request. Upon gathering it proves to come under my estimate. Mr Oclker agreed to furnish teams to cultivate the crop. This he complied with strictly. The contract does not give Freedman the use of mules except in the cultivation of said crop. There is not in this case the slightest grounds for this complaint
