I respectfully forward herewith Transportation Orders, No. 137, , for transportation of Mrs. L.H. Cunningham, Teacher, the same having been requested by letter of Mrs. Cunningham, forwarded to this office, approved by your endorsement of date January 30" 1868. The child being under four years of age, it is understood is allowed to travel free of charge.
