The work on the structure is going on very slowly because of the time required for the setting of the cement and other delays occasioned by the difficulty of obtaining material and workmen. Then again, the building has reached that stage when a great deal of personal attention is necessary in order to make sure of tight roofs and proper angles, etc., in the exhibition room.
