Gentlemen:-

Your favor of the 5th instant, enclosing full-sized tracing of the fitting you propose to give to the two bronze Japanese Standards belonging to me, now in your possession, is received.

I thank you for the attention you have given to my request and I shall be glad to have you execute the work in accordance with your proposition. The price for each Standard to be Twenty-two Dollars, ($22.00).
