My dear Miss Burt:-
Your good letter of December 2nd came during my absence and the present is the first opportunity I have had to reply. Your letter brings me fuller information concerning the work outlined by the East Side Settlement, and I am glad to send you herewith enclosed my check for Twenty-five Dollars, ($25.00) to aid in the commendable undertaking.
With kind regards,
Very sincerely yours,
Miss Edna L. Burt,
