Charles. S. Penhallow, Esq.,
#803 Sears Building,
B o s t o n.

Dear Sir:-
Your kind note of the 16th instant, also, the very interesting pamphlet, concerning the Penhallow panels, came during my recent absence and I hasten to thank you for your goodness. I have read your interesting brochure with much pleasure and when I am next at the South Kensington Museum I shall be particularly interested in seeing the original panels.
It is my good fortune to know Clifford's Inn quite intimately and I have made several visits to the old building along with various English friends, including Mr. Tom R. Way, whom you may remember has made very interesting illustrations of many of the older buildings of London.
With renewed thanks.
Very sincerely yours,
Charles L Freer
