#33 Ferry Avenue,
Detroit, Michigan,
December 26th, 1905.
My dear Mr. Eyre:--
I beg to enclose herewith a letter from the Thomas Jones Decorative Glass company to Mr. Kennedy, in which it is stated that the Jones Company "will begin at once to get out the glass and complete the contract. Expect to have name in Detroit on or about February 1st, '06." I understand, from correspondence had in November, that the glass for this job has been already out and especially from your letter of November 8th, that orders had been given to complete the job. Will you be good enough to have this matter investigated and have the work rushed, because at the rate it has taken to execute this order it is more likely to be delivered about February 1st, 1907 instead of February1st, 1906.
Excepting the work on the roof, which is as troublesome and generally bad as anything possibly can be, things are progressing nicely here.
You are keeping very well, I trust, and enjoy the Holidays I hope.
Very sincerely yours,
Charles L. Freer
