Detroit, Michigan,

Mr. L.G. Warrington,
Care, Wilson Eyre, Esq.,
35 West 21st St.,
New York City.

Dear Mr. Warrington:-

Referring to the steps leading from the gallery corridor to the storage loft. These steps out into the blue room and show within the room 1' 2" running with the ceiling, and 2' 1 1/2" running with the wall, and they will have to be taken out so as to admit of the proper setting up of the woodwork within the blue room. No cutting of this woodwork can, of course, be done, and the projection of the steps within the room will not allow of its proper erection.

Will you kindly send me directions for the way in which you want the matter handled, as early as possible, and greatly oblige.

Yours very truly,
J M Kennedy
