Mr. L. G. Warrington,
Care, Wilson Eyre, Esq.,
35 West 21st St.,
New York City.

Dear Mr. Warrington:-

Mr. Freer, and Mr. Robinson of the Trusted Concrete Steel Company, were at the building yesterday, and in discussing the means of correcting the error of the steps leading from the rear hall second floor, to the storage room over the blue room: Mr. Robinson suggested that one way out of the difficulty would be to raise the floor of rear hall second story, by filling it in with cinders to some certain depth, over which a second concrete floor can be laid, making it sufficiently high to admit of steps being built to the storage room.

This change, if adopted, would increase the number of steps leading from gallery to rear hall, and would increase the number of steps leading from blue room corridor to second floor. It would also give added head-room under the stairway landing, thus increasing height of ceiling of bath room.
