Dear Sir:--
I hereby accept the proposition mentioned in your letter of September 7th for furnishing and erecting one (1) No. 085 Ideal Steam Boiler in the basement of the new addition to my house, for the sum of Two hundred and sixty-three ($263.00) dollars.

My understanding is that your proposition covers everything necessary to put the plant in proper working order and to make all necessary arrangements for separating the two heating systems so as to have efficient results in case of the use of either of the boilers.

Yours truly,
Charles L. Freer
