My dear Mr. Freer:
Your favors of December 3rd and 4th have been duly received. I am very happy to know that you approve of my ideas, and whatever you direct me to do, I will be pleased to carry out.

Today I received a very complimentary letter from Mr. Brown, Director of the John Herron Art Institute of Indianapolis, who says, "We have been greatly interested in the wonderful exhibition of Chinese pottery shown at the Chicago Institute". He also asks if it could be shown there, after the exhibition in Chicago is over.

The beautiful Chinese stone trinity, which you kindly purchased has been packed and shipped to you by Budworth. I trust that it will reach you in good order. Enclosed please find bill for it.

I have shown the other trinity figure to Mr Platt, the architect, and Mr. Manship, sculptor. They admired it greatly. Mr Manship was especially enthusiastic in his praise of it.

With kindest messages, I remain,

Sincerely yours,
Dikran Kelekian
