Dear Sir:-

Referring to the conversation had with you while at my farm on the sixth instant, I now beg to confirm the arrangement then made with you to continue your services for another year beginning with April first, 1907, it being understood that the rate of pay and conditions named in our last written contract is to continue during the period named above.

It was also agreed that you should have the right to advance the pay of the farm hands during the next year from the present rate of thirty-seven dollars,fifty cents per month to forty dollars per month.

Your written acceptance of this letter will be considered sufficient evidence of the agreement.
