Dear Tom:-

Your securities and cash have, in accordance with your wishes, been transferred to the UNION TRUST COMPANY and I have pleasure in handing you enclosed herewith, Declaration of Trust, properly executed by the first Vice President and Secretary of the Company, attached to which is a schedule of your personal property and real estate.

I also enclose a list of bonds, stocks, real estate, cash and other assets, made up in my office,properly receipted by the Trust Company, which was used by the Trust Company in preparing its schedules. These two documents will, I think, make everything clear to yourself and the officers of the Trust Company. The conditions of the trust have been carefully arrived at by Hance and myself, assisted by Mr. Hoyt and Henry Hecker, who are respectively Trust Officer and Assistant Trust Officer. I need not, I am sure, explain to you the conditions of the trust. You will understand them better than I. However,
