My dear Mr. Morse:-

Iam this morning in receipt of your kind letter returning the one I sent you from Mr. Happer, and thank you for having written me at such length

I shall send Mr. Happer's letter to Mr. Freer just as soon as I learn from him at which point to address him. He should have arrived at Batavia by now, where he remains three weeks. His address at Batavia is Care, Hong Kong-Shanghai Banking Corp'n, but we should hear very shortly at which point to address him beyond Batavia, and as soon as we receive that information, I shall take pleasure in informing you.

Very truly yours,
J M Kennedy
