I hope you are enjoying life these Autumn days and I am wondering what your plans are for the coming Winter. Having been in Detroit nearly a year consecutively, I am again constrained to a change of air and conditions, so, on November 15th., I shall sail from New York for Egypt, stopping en route a couple of days at Naples. From Egypt I shall go to Ceylon Java, thus ridding myself of a disagreeable American winter, and at the same time enjoying matters which do not occur in the suburbs of Detroit.
