Dear Mr. Seligman,
Thank you for your letter of March 20, enclosing your check for $1,559.18. It was very thoughtful of you to include the estimate for the dismantling.

I have advised Miss Dudley, the Registrar, that the triptych is to be returned to the DeYoung Museum in San Francisco immediately after it has been taken down. Since the entire exhibition was scheduled outside our budget, I presume it will be satisfactory for me to then bill you for the return, as well as adjust the costs of dismantling to the exact figure.

Again, thank you for your generosity and cooperation.

Sincerely,
Ione Ulrich
