Dear Miss Ulrich:

Yesterday I received your note of the 15th regarding the expenses in connection with Rico Lebrun's triptych.

In accordance with our agreement that I would assume all expenses up to the sum of $2,000.-, I am enclosing herewith my firm's check for $1,559.18 which includes your estimate of $668.30 for the ultimate dismantling of the triptych.

It is indeed my intention that the painting should be shipped (prepaid) to the DeYoung Museum in San Francisco immediately after it will have been taken down.

Yours very sincerely,

(Germain Seligman)
