Dear Alfred:

How indeed good of you to have taken some time off to read my typescript and ever so many thanks for returning it to me with your comments.

I realize fully the controversial character of the terminology, but am truly not just looking at it from the French angle as you seem to believe.

There are other points which I would like to have your opinion about and hope that we may have luncheon together in the not too distant future. I would have thus the pleasure of seeing you and of chatting on the subject.

With renewed thanks and best regards,

Sincerely,
Alfred H. Barr, Jr., Esq.
